Throughout college and a few years following, Erin trained at various flower shops in Boulder and Chicago. She began designing flower arrangements in 1998 and created Plum Sage the spring of 2005. Erin was initially approached by friends to create wedding flowers and by word of mouth; she began doing numerous weddings and special events. Today, Erin has done several hundred weddings in Colorado alone solely based on referrals.
Plum Sage resides in the Highland neighborhood of Denver but Erin will travel throughout the state and beyond to accommodate her clients. She prefers to purchase local, organic product and visits the farmers market weekly to buy from Pastures of Plenty Farm in Longmont. Erin also has several wholesale suppliers to meet special requests.
